Here is my block for the quilt along. I really like it but I am wishing I had a good dark aqua left in the jelly roll of fabrics. That would have really POPPED this block. (it would have replaced the yellow!)
I printed the directions but didn't do it yet. I find I am becoming increasingly unhappy with the color selection that is now left in my jelly roll and really fear how I'll manage with it for the remaining 3 blocks. *sigh*
I guess aqua would have popped something, but instead I see the red doing the popping! That wouldn't have happened if it was fighting with aqua. It's that "glass half-empty/half-full theory" at work.

ReplyDeletePretty block! I love that fabric line. I have a jelly roll, but I haven't decided what to do with it yet. Seeing yours makes me want to use it now!
