Gene, I know you don't like paper piecing....but could this block be put together like a puzzle quilt? If you haven't made a puzzle quilt or can't find the instruction online I could try to explain to you. If you want to explore this idea let me know. I have made one puzzle quilt and have the blocks ready to make another. Just a thought. Have a great evening.
