Here is a collage of a drawing I did on paper and recreated on the iPad in the Procreate program.
iPad version on left, markers on paper on right
And another photo of me onstage, with my mouth wide open. It was a musical and I was singing my heart out.

Your drawing is great, but, oh! You make me feel so "old"!
ReplyDeleteI would have no idea how to get a real drawing on an iPad....
Singing your soul out sounds like HAPPY TIMES!
It looks like the X hunter from Manga
ReplyDelete...keeping singing, Gene.
ReplyDeleteI can't sing, so I am so impressed that you would do it on stage. It bet it was fun. Have a super weekend Gene.
ReplyDeleteLove the sketch. Wish you could add the music to your singing.
ReplyDeleteThe hair reminds me of a trend that was going around when my daughter was in high school. She never did it, but girls would place water bottles (16 oz) on their heads, then pull their hair up around the bottle and secure with a ponytail holder. They looked a bit like cone heads to me. You look like you were having a great time singing your heart out!
ReplyDeleteAre you still performing in the local theater?
ReplyDeleteSo much fun to be in a play, and it looks like you are having the best of times.
ReplyDeleteWell done and nice photo of you
ReplyDeleteYou go brother. I love seeing you on stage. I know you were on top of your game with that song. Love the hair on your art. Thank you for joining FFO and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI like your drawing almost better than the procreate one.
ReplyDeleteWell, you have to have your mouth wide open when you sing! That's something I learned during my many years of singing in a choir. Go on singing, Gene, it's such a satisfying activity.
Lets all just sing.... I like your drawing thingie
ReplyDeleteFun faces.
ReplyDeleteSinging your heart out is a good thing on stage!
ReplyDeleteHi Gene, I've tried commenting a couple of times and they just won't post for some reason. I'm trying again today.
ReplyDeleteYou always have so much fun on stage. Any plans for upcoming performances?
