As promised here is the video that shows how I spin the silk onto a core yarn.

Hi, Gene, that was super!!!! I don't knit or weave but found your spinning fascinating. I love that you showed the mistakes and how to solve them. I look forward to see this yarn woven.
I agree with Debbie, a great video! You have a way of making things look so do-able. I'm not looking forward to getting a wheel at this time, but who knows? Maybe one will fall into my lap in my wanderings. :)
Excellent!!
Enjoyed your great video Gene. Fascinating to watch you spin. If one ever comes my way who knows but I'd sure like to give it a try.
What an terrific video!! I have often wondered "how" you do that - and watching you was fascinating - you made it look so simple. I also like the fact that you even made a "mistake" and showed us how to "fix" it - instead of calling "cut" and starting the video over. And you might even be a sometimes Lefty - I noticed that you hold the "core" yarn in your Left hand - LOL - ;))
You are so talented. Sending prayers your way for your mother. No need to reply, I so enjoy your blog. Hope your mother gets well soon. Blessings, Mary in Florida

Great video, Gene. The process seems so relaxing and therapeutic. I love the colors in the yarn, too.
Great video Gene. I'm glad you showed your quick fixes for mistakes. I'll have to try a little core spinning soon. I don't spin so much for pleasure any more, but to feed my loom.
Great video! And now after watching I am itching to get my spinning wheel out and make some pretty core yarn!
