an online art group that I am a part of is having a swap using "Zentangles" as the theme. Since we swap ATCs (artist trading cards) ours will not be true Zentangles. True Zentangles are square.
I have enjoyed playing with the monochromatic line and texture elements. Part of the theory is use of repetition of patterns. This does indeed promote a meditative state.

I love these. I have seen/read about them... and that there was some sort of "kit" someone was selling... explaining the Zentangle process. Did you have the kit or do you just know the process?
