Friday FaceOff Altered Book with ATCs

It is a delight to be revisiting my older artworks as I create altered book pages. I  am also revisiting drawing tangle type designs using pens and other marking tools.  For these two pages, I used ATCs from my older works.

Interestingly the bottom one  reminds me of one of my art quilts.
It is different but somehow similar.
I think my past always adds into my artistic well of inspirationo

You make the best art quilts Gene, and that one at the bottom is beautiful. And you are right, the last ATC does remind me of your art quilts. Isn't it fun to find a new home for these bits and bobs you've created in the past? Have a great Friday and start to your weekend.

I love how you are bringing older artwork back into your new creations. It’s interesting how past pieces can inspire something fresh, and I can see how the art quilt connection adds another layer to the story.

I love that you’re revisiting your older work and finding new inspiration in it. It’s funny how past creations can come back around and connect with something completely new. Your art really shows that creativity keeps building over time.
