I like it. (If you will forgive me for saying this...I think your previous one was a bit "boring".....hehehehe....I'm glad we are friends and I can be honest about that! LOL)
I like it. I think once a year websites and blogs need to be changed. I get tired of looking at the same old thing. I despise Wal-Mart but I will agree with them on one thing. From time to time they change the store and it makes you feel like buying things..When I tend to look at the same old thing all the time on a site I lose interest. I am making a promise to change mine at least once a year. People like new.. This site looks a zillion times better than the old on. Are you going to redo your website?
I don't remember the 'other' one but DO like the softness of this one.
Not sure if it's my browser, but the right hand info is waaaaay over to the right and therefore, hardly readable. leaves a lot of white space between your text and the sidebar.
Gene, I like the softness of the colors and the rainbow shading. I like to change my header periodically. I have been thinking about changing the header and put a new picture- I will have to see what I can do about that. One thing about having the lighter background-it makes it easier to read. I used to have a dark background until someone commented that it was difficult for her to read because of the poor contrast. Another thing I have noticed about blogs is that sometimes the wall paper and some of the other additions can be quite distracting. I enjoy coming to visit your blog- there is always something interesting to see. Happy Blogging, Regards, Anna
It's a good thing, Gene. The other one was too dark. I think this one reflects your art better, too. Keep it around awhile until you can think of something even more expressive.

I like it......it's soothing, and calm. Some of the other blogs are just wayyyyyyyyy too busy for me.
Thanks for following mine too!

Thanks to all. And Pat, thanks, a friendly criticism is fine with me.
Very nice!

I like it too. I really hate when I change something and then cannot get back to where I was.

This is a good one because it allows the reader to see and read posts easily and I live the wide area.
Wow looks great!!
I, too, like the "lightness" of your new blog. Did you use one of your paintings in the header?
