Crumbs and Pieces

My friend, A Left-Handed Quilter has issued a Crumb Square Challenge.  So I have made a few blocks.
I am working with 5" blocks that will finish to 4 1/2" for mine.

I did a few layouts in EQ7 that I will show you - but I still haven't checked my stash to see what I have for the "solid" fabric.
Black and White fabrics.

Purple

Shattered Rainbow setting.

Ooh - I LIKE where this is going - ;)) Only thing that I noticed is that you may want your blocks to finish at a full "inch" size instead of a "half-inch". That way you can make the "sashes" from squares cut at 1-1/2" to finish at 1" - and use them with 3" - 4" - 5" or whatever size blocks. The math to make those "sashes" work with xx-1/2" blocks might get a little funky - ;))

I love all of the computer simulations you have done. The squares themselves look terrific so no doubt the finished quilt will as well.

The black and white is kind of cool ... and I was thinking of how a rainbow might go together too.

The black and gray version is outstanding!

I love these kind of blocks. It allows me to use up every piece of my favorite fabrics. The black and white option is very pretty and so is the rainbow one. But anything you choose will be awesome I am sure.

All of the variations look nice but I really love the rainbow one...so happy. Maybe show us how you put those together? I can see a couple of tubs I have disappearing if I could this to work.
