On another trip, where we actually stayed in a rental in Mexico, I had taken my pennywhistle
(a type of flute/whistle) and was playing it in the main square, mostly for myself.
I was approached by two young ladies who were on vacation also. They had been taking photos of each other. They asked if they could have photos with me. I said "Okay if you will take some with my camera also."

Apparently they thought I was something "special" there. Ha ha. Probably due to my craziness of playing the pennywhistle in public. My post from 2013 about it is here

I absolutely love this post!!!! So many fun photos of you. The one with you and Marela, she looks just like my niece. Wonderful memories of your trips. Thank you for sharing them with FFO and have a nice weekend.
I so enjoyed following your latest trip to Mexico. Love all these photos and like another commenter stated, you are very photogenic. I wonder if those ladies know how lucky they were to get photos with you. Hope you have a great weekend.
I love how happy you are in all these.
I'm glad you aren't in Mexico right now!
Judging from the photos, you really enjoyed your time in Mexico. Do you speak Spanish? I've been learning Spanish for almost two years, but don't think that I am very good. I speak with the Mexican vendors at the farmers market, but I'd really like to go to Mexico. Hopefully when it will have calmed down again.
Such fun memories!!! Thank you for sharing!
