Let's Celebrate!!!! (((CLOSED)))

Wonderful News!!!  The AccuQuilt secret will be revealed today.   I will be adding the announcement later today.

But wait!  How about something to really celebrate?  Yesterday was my birthday and lots of great folks stopped by to wish me well. It made my day wonderful.   I got lots of emails.

One of those emails may make YOU happy too. This was the email saying that AccuQuilt is allowing me to give away an AccuQuilt GO! cutter.

I love my AccuQuilt Go!

I want YOU to have one too.

Should I make this difficult for you?  No, I think not.  I will make it simple.  Go to www.accuquilt.com and pick out the three GO! dies you would like to have if you win.  Come back here and tell me  your list. I would also love to know where you live. If you have a fun fact about where you live, please share it.  One comment is all I want.  Sorry, but if you already have a GO! you are not eligible for this giveaway.

Feel free to tell all your friends about this giveaway.  If you post a link, be sure it is to this post, not to my blog in general.  Only comments on this post will be eligible.  I must be able to contact you if you win.  Otherwise, I will have to disqualify your entry. ****I have gotten several "no-reply" comments.  Sorry I can't enter you.

Okay, let the entries begin.
This will run through midnight October 15th.  Then a winner will be chosen by random.org.  I will announce the winner after they respond to my email.

GO! Team GO!

(ps I will NOT be replying to the comments on this post. I need to keep my sanity.) (note, I edited to add some info and asked  the "where you live" part to make reading the comments more interesting.)

Hi Gene, I am from Roswell, Georgia. No funny stories here really. Considering I'm bona fide Northern girl from New York I guess you might think the whole Scarlet O'Hara or Civil War rehashing thing is amusing (just kidding)(really!) Anyway, I would love the Applique Feather, the circles and the hexagon dies. Boy would my forearm thank you and Acuquilt. Happy Belated Birthday!!

Thanks for the opportunity in your giveaway! I'd love to have a Go cutter. My choices would be the 5" square, 2 1/2 " strip and circle dies. I live in Albuquerque, NM and right now the International Balloon Fiesta is going on, the balloons are beautiful up in the sky!

Hi! I am from the Seattle WA area where the sky is blue and the sun is shining....well, today it is! (Tomorrow the rain is back.) I popped over to the go cutter site and found *gasp* the TULIP die! How cute is that! Plus the apple core die would sure make it easy to whip out a quilt. The one die I have not seen (yet) is clamshell. I guess I would special order that one, if I won, that is.

Ooooooh what a wonderful giveaway. Like everyone else, I'd love love love to win one. I'm a simple girl and love the 5" squares.

I live in a city in Australia called Wollongong. Our local football team won the national championship over the weekend so EVERYONE is celebrating (and probably will be for a while to come).

Thanks for hosting this fab giveaway.

I would love to hve the 2 1/2" strip, Jumbo Tumbler and the 5" square. Really simple shapes. I live 45 north west of Boise Idaho. I am not to far from beautiful mountainous regions and dry hot desert. It is the best of both worlds. Great views and lots to do. Thank you for the chance to win.

Happy Birthday! What a wonderful birthday email! I would love to have a GO! and have tried my luck at giveaways forever. Maybe since my birthday is coming up, this will be the charm. (hoping! ++)

I would choose the Double Wedding Ring dies, the Winding Ways, and a strip cutter~ either 2 or 2.5 because I am awful at cutting them! ;-/

I just moved to a little community in WA and love it here. The apples are great! :-)

Crochet-n-Quilt said...

Here's to many more happy birthdays!

I am fascinated by Winding Ways, Bountiful
Baskets and the Apple Core dies. The Acquilt GO Cutter would be great to win!

I live in Kansas and Oklahoma, depending upon the day of the week.

Oh, I'm soooo crossing my fingers! The dies I'd choose are the drunkard's path, tumbler, and dresden plates. I want to make some quilts like these, but am too chicken to cut the pieces out! (Chicken....? or lazy....?) I am from Texas, but I live in New Orleans now. I started quilting about 3 years ago and am now a hopeless fabric addict. (I can stop any time... Just.... let... me... get...one...more...FQ.... bundle....!)

Thanks for the chance to enter!

Thank you for the opportunity, having a GO would be a dream to me!!! In Italy it's impossible to find it and I've always admired all the works made with it. My favorite dies are: studio sunbonnet sue, studio round flower and studio applique collection-winter. Even a baby Go would be perfect for me. I live in Palermo, Sicily, a sunny town but with too many cars. I'm a sort of "country girl in town". I've linked the giveaway in the right sidebar of my blog cannellaemele.blogspot.com. Oh my goodness, what I great giveaway! I've had a few die-cutter systems but I always come back to my AccuCut GrandMark. It gives the neatest cleanest die-cuts, and nothing else cuts fabric as well. My Apple Core die arrived this week, so the next ones on my Wish List are Drunkard's Path, Tumbler, and a custom-made Tea Leaves design.

Where do I live? In my craft room!

I would love to win this giveaway! I can't afford to buy one of these, but it would be such an asset as rotary cutting is painful to hands with arthritis. =(

Okay, if I won, I would love the 6 1/2" tumbler block, the 6 1/2" triangle, and the Diamonds-4" x 4".

I live in NY, on the top of a hill (mountain...not sure what you'd call it.) There is a beautiful view of the valley below with the small town and a winding river running through it. The trees have begun to turn colors with autumn's cooler temps. It's a beautiful place to live!

Thanks again!

Hi, Gene, from an unusually warm Minnesota. The unexpected streak of sunny 80 degree days is lovely for viewing fall color, but leaves will fall fast in this heat. The warmth is especially appreciated by the hundreds of families in southern Minnesota who are drying out from devasting floods two weeks ago.

I have rotary cut well over 45,000 two inch squares in the process of making postage stamp quilts. I can only imagine how much easier this would be with a GO! cutter! Thanks for the chance to win! - Mary, The Curious Quilter
