Dirty Business Practice -addendum
If you wish to file a complaint about mail fraud (such as the National Quilters Circle mailing) You can do it online with the US Postal Inspector. I know from experience that if more people complain, it gets more attention by an agency. (You know that old "squeaky wheel" adage.)

Thanks for the info. I'll have to store that away for future use.
I got the same DVD you described, and the same follow up letters. It took about 8 months for them to stop coming. I wish I had kept them to make an official complaint.
