Let's Sew ATC

Let's Sew ATC by GeneBlack
Let's Sew ATC, a photo by GeneBlack on Flickr.
A few years ago, there was a very active ATC (artist trading card) group that I was a part of. When I started sewing, I combined the two things in a couple of ways. I drew this card with a sewing machine on it.

I also sewed a few cards. Here are some examples:

I've seen a lot of ATCs, even made a few myself, but yours are the most original!

Love the ATCs! I haven't given these a try yet but they are on my 'to do' list.

I was going to get into ATC's but then my machine broke. I even bought some supplies. I have some groups saved on my favorites. I really would love to get into swapping some...someday maybe.

That drawn one with the sewing machine is very cute! I like the fabric ones, too, but the sewing machine one is my favorite of this batch you showed here today.

Thanks for the post, Gene.
Our group is all about art quilting and going beyond the traditional.
Our recent project is postcards. We are having a blast.
Hugs,
Gerry

I have two I've received as gifts. ATC are really neat and I see you have had some success making them. I've never even made one....I thought I was really something because I made a few postcards...go figure :)
